I don't need to pee.

The food fuehrer summoned me to the diet dungeon on Saturday as I hadn't been for a couple of week. My fault with holiday and the like.I've never been to the diet dungeon before, the last time I had a BIA was upstairs in the cubical of anti carb.I was sure I was in for the high jump, not because I had been overly naughty, but because I felt as though I had been.

I was sure the lack of carbs and sugar was making me feel weak, and a bit rundown. A great massage with Pip last week had sorted out the lower back and the feeling of having my shoulders around my ears, but for some reason the body (or the mind) was feeling a bit off. You have to book in for a massage with the team, I can't emphasise enough how much better you feel a day later, it's great.

So here I was, late, and standing in front of the food fuehrer in the diet dungeon ready for a bit of a lecture. Imagine my surprise when the scales were down, the fat % was down, the fluid % was down...although the muscle increase was a bummer. So what to make of it all ?

The feeling is that the fat % should be dropping faster, this is about week 8 or 10 and I'm ready for a shift. The clothes are feeling better, and the tape measure in the diet dungeon tells the truth (watch out 'guns' McCauley..I'm catching up). So I'm at home now with ketosticks to do wees on to test the ketones in my system after I eat, essentially am I burning any fat...and so far the last few days..nothing.

We'll keep monitoring them though, maybe I need to do them a bit later than an hour...sometime I just don't need to pee...it's the way life is.

The Sweat Intensive classes restarted on Monday with Brian and a few new faces which is excellent. I've heard all Brian's jokes, so now it's fun watching the new faces try and decipher them.If your thinking you could do with an early morning workout that's fun, rewarding and sweaty (no... not sexytimes) then see the team at M1nt and get signed up.

Will let you know how the this week goes...weight, and wees wise.
