Before I let you know what happened to me on Saturday I will just put up my results from Fridays BIA;
- Waist; down 1.5cm
- Total Weight; down 2kg
- Fat Mass; down 0.92kg
- Muscle Mass; down 0.41kg
- Excess Water; down 0.67kg
So all in all I was over the moon with my results! :-) I did work really hard last week though so they weren't all that much of a surprise to me.
My eating had been a little poorer than normal - I had a few bad days during the week which lead to me finding myself eating the odd bit of Chocolate and other sugary sweets, other than that though I ate well. I worked hard on drinking enough water - something that I find a REAL struggle. I also worked really hard at the gym, pushing myself harder than normal. And it paid off :-)
Most people are probably aware that Mike and Di are away for some much needed and deserved TLC overseas. As a result I don't have a BIA this week so have set myself a challenge of getting some fantastic results at my next one as it would have been two weeks.
Anyway... as per the title something absolutely unheard of and magical happened to me on Saturday!
With it only being 5 weeks today until I head off overseas for my wedding I am now in the full throws of buying bits and pieces for the wedding. Me and my bridesmaids were out shopping on Saturday and were in Farmers to purchase some underwear for under my dress. I found what I was looking for style wise and went to find a size... S, M, L, ah... XL, that's me (well it has been for the past 10 years anyway).
So off I toddled to the changing room... hmmm... seems a little bit big. Oh, this is exciting - maybe I'm a L!!!!! That would be worth celebrating - so as the good bridesmaid she is one of the girls headed off to find me an L. I convinced myself that the XL looks fine - I'll just try and L - just in case. Not holding my breath though.
Hmm.... could it actually be.... the L seems to big also!!! Check the tag, yep, it is the correct size on the correct hanger - that's not the problem.
So third time lucky - M it is! I brought clothing in a size Medium!!!!!!!! I would say that my mother was still buying me my clothes the last time I fit into something that wasn't at least a Large!!!
Needless to say I spent the rest of the day 'walking on air' I was/am sooo proud of myself.
M!!!
