
When I first started M1NT I began by going there after work (I’m lucky enough to have a office job Monday – Friday business hours) during the week. For the first few months I would head in two or three times a week, it took me quite a while to really adjust to exercising and building the self discipline to go! I have since changed to heading in early mornings before work and have to say it suits me much better and I find it soo much easier to get there.
Eating has been pretty good for the last few days also. I have taken to ‘snacking’ on plain air popped popcorn during the day at work – I was previously having ‘disagreements’ with our Snack Box and popcorn was a brilliant suggestion from Di
Its been an hectic day in the office today and I am only now sitting down to have lunch. I have my usual salad and small can of shredded chicken here on my desk for lunch – not sure if it’s going to really cut it today though – it’s just sooo cold! Maybe I need a new work lunch option for winter! Soup?
By the way I’m starting my weekly BIA assessments and measuring with Di next week so keep tuned for my ‘stats’.
p.s. afterwork drinks today - I might just have to partake this week (Don't tell Di :-) )
