Anyone see what Brian made us do this morning?

I'm on my countdown until my midday meeting with Di for my weekly BIA and food diary check. Feeling a little nervous to be honest as eating has not been ideal, again, this week. If I had to find an excuse I would say its because work has been absolutely crazy and I have not had lunch breaks etc and all routines have gone out the window... but then... that's just an excuse.

Last Friday Di gave me some suggestions for different foods to eat late at night, and as the good little student that I am I have purchased the appropriate products and they are all in the fridge at home. Problem is we are still working our way through the birthday chocolate that my fiance got last weekend so that has been the snack of choice instead :-)

The second half of this week has seen me do 3 hard workouts - Wednesday morning was boxing with Harry (thankfully he didn't read my blog from last week where I called him a softie so he didn't punish me as badly as I had expected!), yesterday morning was a workout with Rowena and Brian and then this morning was Sweat Intensive - today with Brian as Jacqui is away. My body is definitely telling me that its had 3x hard workouts!

This morning with Brian was a little strange at times. I think that he must have been bored as he was really trying to make us do some strange things!

Highlights from this mornings class;
- Dave and Brian trying to justify saying dirty words over and over again
- Me doing the Macarena dance, and Richie doing the Haka, while we were sitting against the wall (Brian tried making us sit for 2 mins! I was soooo impressed by the ones that made it!)
- All 6 of us linking arms and trying to coordinate swatting (this little exercise actually gathered an audience at the door watching us and laughing! Thanks Brian!)
- and finally... when it was over :-) That's always a highlight!

Will let you know how I get on at lunch time. Everyone cross your fingers for me for another cm off my waist! Then it will be officially a ruler!

  2. 'Swatting' or did you mean 'squatting'?? Whatever it was, I am sure we looked ridiculous!! Hope the BIA went well, but either way, you look great! :)
